Solid Choice Near Termini
convenient location helpful staff
I found the location quite convenient, near the Termini station. It made airport transfers simple. Several restaurants were a short walk away. Marco at reception was very cute and helpful. He provided useful information. The room included a mini fridge, convenient. Daily cleaning was consistently done.
The shower had inconsistent water temperature. It shifted from very hot to cold. This made showering uncomfortable. I hope they address it soon.

the staff was cute with a helpful map detailing city highlights. they readily stored luggage after checkout which was useful. my room was adequately sized plus very clean. the receptionist was especially helpful, providing information on local attractions
The elevator felt quite old. It required manually closing a swinging door which could be inconvenient if someone didn't do it on another floor which stops the elevator from moving
